It may be a tji designed space if….

At TJI, our tagline is “your style, elevated”. And we mean it. Before each full service project starts, Taylor sits down with the client and does a deep dive on things they love and what they don’t like, discussing everything from patterns, colors, room inspiration, and how the family functions in the space. This ensures that she's creating a space that truly reflects the client’s unique style. Despite all of that, there are still elements of a TJI designed space that you may be able to spot in most projects!

Here are a few:

Citron - whether it’s a huge splash of color like a wall of draperies or a small bit like cording on a pillow, Taylor will usually try to add a bit of sunshine to each room by using citron!

Animal print - it may not always be as bold as the pillow below, or as literal of an interpretation but there is almost always some sort of speckle, spot or stripe included in Taylor’s projects.

A gourd lamp- a classic style and comes in a million colors, you can usually spot a pair of them in a TJI designed room.

Something acrylic- acrylic adds a little bit of shine and a modern touch to even out lots of layer and texture. You may be able to spot acrylic in Taylor’s projects  in the form of the acrylic love knots (reply to this email to order one), accent tables or even a plate stand like the one below!

Tapered candles and candle holders- Taylor loves collecting interesting candle holders and placing them in clients homes to add height and ambience!

Books- we can’t get enough of coffee table books at TJI. Every living space needs them, and needs more than 1 (waaay more). Also, we like to scour vintage stores and used bookstores for old books. The old Reader’s Digest collections are a favorite.
